After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
Parking is available for $15/night. Please note that the driveway is narrow and sometimes SUVs have had trouble fitting through the driveway, although the parking lot has other SUVs in it, it depends on the angle at which you enter. If you're unable to fit your vehicle, there are a few different parking options that are pretty close by.
Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
The building is located on a main road, the living room faces the street , both bedrooms are located in the back of the building.
Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.
There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
There is a $150 pet cleaning fee if you will bring a pet with you as other guests are allergic.
