LIVING AREAS
The inviting upstairs main living space features a large sectional and comfy armchair. Kick back and watch your favorite shows on the 55” flat-screen TV while enjoying the warm ambience of the gas fireplace.
Downstairs, a second living area offers a welcoming retreat for movie nights. There’s a large sectional to sprawl out on, a gas fireplace, and a 55” flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player.
There's even more space to spread out in the entertainment-packed game room. In addition to a six-person dining table, this group-friendly haven boasts an indoor hot tub, pool table, and 48” flat-screen TV!
KITCHEN & DINING
Flex your culinary muscles in an open-concept kitchen with a full suite of appliances -- including a gas range and a roomy side-by-side refrigerator and Keurig coffeemaker. While the chef prepares dinner, there’s room for three to chat at the kitchen bar.
A formal dining table has seating for eight.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This house sleeps up to 12 guests between the five bedrooms.
Located on the second floor, the master bedroom boasts a plush king bed and 32” flat-screen TV. An en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub.
The mini master suite is outfitted with a queen bed, plus a stylishly tiled en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Located on the entry level, the third and fourth guest rooms each have a comfy queen bed.
On the ground level, a snug bunk bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed. The home has two guest bathrooms, each with a tub/shower combination.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
