Privately-owned and updated NorthShore condominium located on the northern end of Chautauqua Institution at 20 Elm Lane, just steps away from Lake Chautauqua and near all the Institution has to offer. Northshore B1 is a newly updated, split-level three story unit with two bedrooms (1 Queen, 2 Twin) and two full bathrooms on lower level with a large private loft with an additional two twin beds.
Living room is furnished with a sectional sofa, smart TV and gas fireplace. There are 2 sets of sliding glass doors and decks on both sides for sunrise and sunset outdoors and amazing cross-breeze. Full-sized kitchen fully equipped with all of your cooking needs. Conveniently located just steps away from one of the two Northshore pools. There is an assigned parking spot directly in front of unit with level entry to front of condo (during season you must purchase parking passes from Chautauqua Institution to occupy this space).
