A paved two-mile path around the development is perfect for walking, jogging and biking. Plus, the family-friendly Lewes Town Beach is a short 2.5 miles away. Next to The Villages is a shopping center with a grocery store and more restaurants.
Also, this home is adjacent to the Georgetown-Lewes Trail. You can now ride your bike from 5 Points into Lewes one way, or to Old World Breads and beyond in the other direction.
This 1st floor condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living & dining areas plus a screened-in patio overlooking a gorgeous pond and fountain to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and private full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet and access to the other full bath. Both bedrooms are equipped with 40-inch smart TV?s. There are plenty of comfy seating in the living area along with a 58-inch smart TV with cable. Plus, the sofa opens to comfortable queen bed to accommodate more guests. The dining room table easily seats six people.
Going to the beach? The condo has 2 beach umbrellas, life vests, boogie boards, chairs and lots of fun sand toys. Want to enjoy the tennis courts, we also have two tennis rackets and balls all located in our storage area.

A day pass is only $10 for out-of-state visitors.
