We are committed to providing you with a pristine and comfortable environment throughout your stay. Please be aware of the following guidelines and scheduled services:
• Pool and Spa Maintenance: Every Monday around 11 AM, our pool professional will service the pool and spa, requiring about 15-20 minutes. They will not enter the house and will only access the backyard through the side door.
• Important Jacuzzi Care: Please ensure the lid is covered after each use. An uncovered Jacuzzi can lead to significant temperature drops overnight, requiring extended periods to reheat. Covering the lid consistently helps maintain the desired temperature and enhances your enjoyment. We appreciate your cooperation.
• Pest Control: On the first Saturday of each month between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM, our pest control expert will perform maintenance, which takes about 10 minutes. They will only access the exterior of the house through the side door and will not enter the house.
