The bright open-plan home features a very comfortable living room space overlooking the pool outside; a fully equipped kitchen fit for a chef with white marble countertops, large breakfast bar and high-end appliances and a large indoor dining table.

There are 4 bedrooms in total at the property. The main home has 3 bedrooms - the Master en-suite with King bed and large walk-in closet, Guest suite with Queen bed and the third bedroom with Bunk beds. The Fourth bedroom is in the "Captains Quarters" or "Mother-in-law Suite" with en-suite bath, Queen bed and mini kitchen with sink and Fridge. There are Smart TV's in all 4 bedrooms for everyone's enjoyment.

Cancellation/Refund Policies: We always uphold our cancellation policies as we incur costs on our home regardless of if a guest shows up or not, which is why we have our cancellation policy as it is shown on the listing. When we travel we always opt for travel insurance. We suggest travel insurance from either the booking platform or externally so neither of us have to worry if anything disrupts your trip.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when we can, however, we cannot grant them earlier than 24 hours in advance because they are based on availability, and if another guest is checking out or in that same day. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out are subject to additional fees.

External rental agreement will need to be signed after booking.
