Pool & Spa Heating Policy
This home features a private, heated swimming pool and an in-ground spa for your enjoyment. The spa is heated at no additional cost. The pool is also heated to a comfortable 80°F at no charge. For guests who prefer warmer pool temperatures (up to 88°F), an optional pool heating fee of $75 per night applies.
Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in significant fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms.
