3 Bedroom House in Lake Elsinore
As my guests, you and your group get access to the entire property except the garage which remains locked. Your stay includes everything about the property including lake access, so long you stay between the two adult palms trees in our backyard which defines the property lines. We do not allow guests to launch their jet skis on the lake. Two fences help define where the property lines are. The area is very big!
You and your guests will enjoy the convenience of self check in on an automatic door lock. I am available to message through the Air BnB app and we respond relatively quickly!
We love this area because the homes are original and the properties are large and expansive. We have nice neighbors and are located close to Temecula and the wilderness hidden around Ortega highway.
The best way to travel is by car. Our property has enough room to fit two vehicles comfortably with a gate that can be locked if you choose to!
I appreciate respectful guests! Noise hours for Lake Elsinore are 10:00PM- 7:00-AM. I do not allow boats or motorized vehicles to come into the back yard. An exception can be made for kayaks or row boats as these can be easily transported through the backyard and down to the lake with a couple people and it will not make a lot of noise. I do enforce no partying, pets, or smoking. Parking is available for two cars only and they must be parked on our property inside of the gate. Violators will be ticketed and towed.
