Efficiency Kitchen has real granite counter and backsplash, 2 burner stove, mini refrigerator, Convection oven/microwave, and ice maker. Cable TV- not that you will want to be inside with the great Views of harbor from each room. Includes Linens, beach towels & 2 Backpack beach chairs to use during stay, basic stocked kitchen, private deck for dining and enjoying sunsets. Have a glass of wine and watch the boats or enjoy sunset over the harbor. Walk to shops and restaurants, spa. Dog considered with prior owner approval- prefer 40+ lb non barking dogs as this is a multi-unit building. Dog considered depending upon occupancy. This is one of a few units in the building so if traveling with friends they may book one of the others- inquire with owner.
