Summary: They will not check you in until 3:00 when we arrive there was 5 other people waiting to check in and when they did start there was a girl that could not speak any English trying to check people in. Finally someone came that could speak English. Door jam at front door need to be fixed could not push luggage cart in. Elevator and hallway were dirty. First time there probably would not go back,
