The patio is also located near a green space which is perfect for tossing a football or watching your children or grandchildren enjoying the island sun.
This beautiful condo has recent renovations including marble floors, gorgeous wood plank ceilings, modern bathrooms, crown molding and woodwork, a vanity in the primary bedroom, and personal and creative designer touches throughout. The kitchen has been updated with all new flatware, dishes, pots, pans, a Keurig coffeemaker, and more. The living space was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind.
