*The neighborhood is down the street and is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool.

The space
The house features 3 bedrooms and a sunroom.
The master bedroom is set on one side of the house has a king size bed, walk-in closet and master bathroom.
The master bathroom has double sinks, a large soaking tub and a shower. The soaking tub is spacious but we wish the shower was a little larger.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet.
The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds with twin size beds and a closet.
The shared bathroom has a tub and a vanity with a single sink. It is a standard bathroom but can feel a bit small.
The living room has vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan. There is a large 60" TV. There is a fireplace in the room but it is not functional and we do not allow guests to use it.
The kitchen has an electric stove, a full size refrigerator, drip coffee maker, toaster oven, and electric kettle. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and cooking supplies.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer.
The sun room has 4 person game table and a couch. Come in here for some amazing light and quiet time.
The back deck has a propane grill. You'll need a lighter from the kitchen to get it started.
The backyard has a firepit and a shed.
Inside the shed there is a beach umbrella and chairs for your use.
There are two owner closets inside the space that are not available to our guests. One is off the laundry room and the other is in the master bedroom.
