Brand new 1 bedroom/1 bathroom guest house-ideal for one person or a couple. Full kitchen with quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances, private washer/dryer, and a large private porch. The guest house shares one wall with the main house, however, it is very private and has it's own private entrance. Free parking available. We live on 1.5 acres of beautiful desert with natural vegetation including many majestic saguaros, yet close to everything including restaurants and shopping. The Tucson bike loop access is less than a mile away and Catalina State Park is a short 10 minute drive! We are looking for the traveler that wants to stay a little longer to experience all that our beautiful town offers. 7 day minimum stay.
