While the building is newer construction, the sound barrier between units is not perfect & you may hear some overhead noise from other guests. Our house rules do require that shoes are removed prior to entry & no loud music or late night partying to mitigate any disturbances.
- Please be aware that a $500 fine will be imposed for smoking inside the property. This fee will be enforced if we receive any complaints from neighbors or if our cleaning team identifies signs of smoking.
