It is 15-20 minutes to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton ski mountains -- 30 minutes to Park City, Canyons, and Deer Valley , 45 minutes to SUNDANCE. And Just 15 miles to downtown SLC.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LOFT BEDROOM WITH QUEEN-SIZED BED IS ACCESSIBLE BY A PULL-DOWN ATTIC LADDER AND THE LIVING ROOM HAS A COMFORTABLE SOFA BED WITH A DOUBLE MATTRESS. The shared outdoor hot tub, in the garden is delightful for sunsets, and you will always privacy when using it; bathing suits are required. Finally there are two very sweet dogs on the property which belong to the main house and share the yard. If we have agreed to a dog prior to your arrival, he or she will need a leash and we do require that you clean up after him/her. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100/stay.
