The Casa Sea Esta is a newly remodeled 360 sq. ft. studio unit and is almost like being home while on vacation. The new kitchenette is fully stocked with nearly everything a full-size kitchen has but on a slightly smaller scale. Features included are a new 9 cubic ft. refrigerator/freezer, new microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, utensils and glassware and much more!
The living room seating/dining area comes with a 42-inch led flat screen TV with full cable - free high-speed wireless internet, desk and loveseat/twin pull out sofa for the little ones to sleep on. Next to the dresser are two beach chairs and towels for your used during your stay.
Sleep soundly and comfortably on the brand new Kings Down king size mattress and soft 600 thread count sheets beautiful new Austrian Engineered Hardwood floors in the main living and kitchenette area with open shelving, granite counter, marble back splash and vessel sink. The bathroom has been freshly refinished with a spa like feeling and comes fully stocked with soft plush towels for your used during your stay.
Water, electric, cable, internet, and maintenance fees are all included in the rent price.

This is a BOATERS PARADISE. Boating dock-slip space is available on-site and can be purchased a la carte at the lobby for $1.85 per linear foot along the sea wall. This building is also located next door to "Sara Bay Marina" making it an ideal location for anyone who stores their boat in that marina. Boats have direct gulf water access with no fixed bridges.
The coin operated laundry located in the next building and may be used at your convenience.
Hotel room service is NOT included but there are some nice restaurants close by... This is a NON-SMOKING room and is strictly prohibited except in designated areas. (HOTEL POLICY - $250 PENALTY APPLIES)
This lovely condo unit is only steps away from the Sara Cay Club and Sara Bay Marina amenities include heated pool, restaurant and tiki bar, fitness center and computer center to keep your body and business in shape!
Daily/Weekly housekeeping is not included and is a separate/additional charge. Additional housekeeping services may be purchased upon booking your reservation. Simply contact us after you have completed your reservation and we will be happy to add daily/weekly housekeeping for $40 per cleaning.

Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pet Policy: This property is are NOT pet-friendly. if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged $500 per pet for violating the policy. If we find evidence of pets after your departure, you will be charged $500 for violating the pet policy. If additional cleaning is required you will be charged an additional $500.
No Smoking - IF any signs of smoking in property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction. Guests may ONLY smoke outside but agrees to pick up before check out.
Supplies – Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets/liquid, 4 trash bags, small box of Kleenex, 3 oz. bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bath Scrubby/loofa, bath & body soap. for stays longer than 4 nights we provide small bottles of laundry detergent, bleach & dryer sheets. Spa Robes & slippers, face mask & sleep mask (for those who like it a bit darker when they sleep) are provided for your use during your stay and a small toiletry bag with toothbrushes, razors, mouthwash & had sanitizer is your gift to keep. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
