There is an owner's casita and a 4 master bedroom on Site. The Studio Casita and Owner's Casita share the small pool and BBQ area.

A WATER NOISE at times can be heard in the Studio when the cistern fills. It is our back up water supply filing, that can be necessary due to the city turning off the residential water for days at a time, a few times a month.
If guests shut the street door hard, I believe you MIGHT hear it in the Studio Casita.
Pest control FUMIGATION services the property entering the homes once a month. We will notify you before they arrive and will accompany them while they are inside the home.
POOL SERVICE, GARDENERS and other home maintenance and repair maintain the outside of the home once or twice a week. They never come into the home, without notice or emergency service.
