The backyard is abundant with rhododendrons that are bursting with color during the spring months and offers loads of space on the patio to gather or watch the kids run around. Want to explore the neighborhood? Victory Heights Park is one block away and features a playground, picnic tables, a walking path, a basketball net, and a tennis court. From early April to mid-September, you can enjoy lunch at the park with Food Truck Fridays. You'll have easy access to I-5 as well as the brand-new light rail station at Northgate, making getting around to famous Seattle attractions like Pike Place Market, the Seattle Great Wheel, and the Space Needle, a breeze. And just a three-minute drive west brings you to the Northgate Mall, which offers shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and an ice skating rink.
