This is a duplex. The 1st and 2nd floor are connected by an exterior staircase.
First floor: Two bedrooms with queens, living room with a sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, along with a jack and jill bathroom.
Second floor: One bedroom with a queen size bed, full bath, living room and kitchen.
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
