Summary: Room was dirty. Heat was set to off when we got in. Was about 40 degrees in there and did not warm up until morning with heat running all night. Pool was not heated. It was freezing. The main reason we picked this hotel was we wanted to take our kids swimming and we were unable to swim as it was so cold
