A delightful two-bedroom house was recently remodeled. Only blocks from the state fairgrounds. Spacious living areas, large bedrooms, heated bathroom floors, and fenced in back yard.
Minutes away from popular Broad Ripple Village, trendy Mass Ave, the new Bottleworks district and the rest of downtown Indy. One block off the Monon trail allows access to everything Indianapolis has to offer on foot or bike.
The space inside the main living area is large bay windows which can allow in all the morning sun while you enjoy coffee or tea. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, and dinnerware. Feel free to use the provided Keurig and K-cups. A large master bedroom has closet and dresser space. The master bath has heated floors, and a stand-up shower with a relaxing over-sized shower head. Upstairs is a big bedroom with a Queen bed. A bedroom nook has a desk and chair for working. The upstairs bathroom has vaulted ceilings, heated floors, and a tub and shower. Outside is a large deck with patio chairs and table. Feel free to use the fire pit. Wood isn't kept in stock. Feel free to use and wood by the pit, but you may need to bring your own.
Guest access the house is accessed with a door code. Code will be provided after booking.
Other things to note;
The bay windows double as storage. the doors are not made for a lot of weight. However, you can find cards and board games in the middle section.
