This lovely craftsman style cottage was designed to provide the best of both worlds; it is located on a peninsula which provides 180 degrees of waterfront from the deck, while also being custom built with modern finishes to maximize your indoor enjoyment. Its open concept layout, huge deck, outdoor shower and screened in porch allow you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the lake throughout your stay. Conveniently located in the narrows of Damariscotta Lake, a swimming dock and float can be enjoyed as well as sightings of loons. Paddleboards, kayaks, and a canoe are all available for your enjoyment. If you are certified, a sailboat is also at your disposal. There is a gourmet kitchen, a Big Green Egg grill/smoker, a gas grill, and a fire pit to cook up anything from a 5-course meal to some s’mores. A sprawling lawn provides ample room to play corn hole or toss a football. Although your time is best spent soaking up the outdoors, the house is equipped with wifi, a flat screen TV, there are two desks located in two bedrooms to touch in with your office.
