Relax or play on the sandy beach at this one of a kind contemporary home. This all steel, cement and glass home is rustic and different. Take the spiral staircase the rooftop bar/lounge which is an ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee, yoga, or sunset cocktails. The beach is the perfect launching point for water sports, fishing, or chillin'. Enjoy the afternoon breeze relaxing on the large dock living room or float in the lake to beat the summer heat. The entire ground level suite with private entrances, one side features sliding glass doors that open completely onto the exquisite lakeside sandy beach!. You will enjoy 1 1/2 baths including a large tile shower that is conveniently accessed off the lake to clean off sand without tracking it into your space. There is a large grill with a burner for cooking with a utility sink, as well as a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, full-size refrigerator, commercial ice maker, and toaster oven, but there is NOT a full kitchen (no full oven). Plenty of good restaurants close by so enjoy your time grilling out or let someone else do the cooking and cleaning.
Multiple water toys such as a canoe, kayaks or paddle boards are available. There are also floats, sand toys, life vests, and fishing gear available and included in your stay.
This is the host's primary residence. I live on the upper floor and may be on property during your stay to keep the beach and outdoor areas clean and tidy as well as facilitate jet ski and water toy use.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire downstairs which has two private entrances - one from the parking area, one from the beach. One bedroom has an en suite 1/2 bath. There is a kitchenette which includes a Keurig, microwave, toaster oven, full-sized refrigerator, and commercial ice maker.
Other things to note
NOTE: The space is the ENTIRE ground floor which is completely private with two private entrances. We live, part time, on the second floor and may or may not be on property during your stay to keep the outdoor areas clean and tidy and to facilitate jet ski and water toy rentals. The space is designed for 4 overnight guests and small quiet gatherings that shall not exceed 8 people total with advance agreement and approval by the host. No more than 4 overnight guests are permitted unless reviewed with me in advance
