The home has a large open layout floor plan. The kitchen has cooking supplies and of course COFFEE!, and there are 2 parking spots in the driveway (+ street parking) available.

Check-in is any time after 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. We will process your payment the day of check-in and send you a code to access the house.

PETS
We welcome dogs in our home (up to 2)! The only thing we ask is that they are kept off of the furniture. Any excess hair/dander from dogs found on beds/couches will be charged for, as it requires extra cleaning by our cleaning staff
SMOKING
To keep the cottage clean for all, smoking is not permitted (inside or outside). If smoke is detected, there will be a $500 fine.
PARTIES & EVENTS
Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $1,000 fine and an immediate termination of your booking. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep our place in wonderful shape for all guests to come.
