The Bedrooms:
Let's begin our tour! Our nest comprises three beautifully decorated bedrooms and two sparkling clean bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests. The master bedroom is an oasis of comfort, featuring a plush European king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom where a refreshing rainfall shower awaits you. The other two bedrooms are equally inviting, one flaunting a snug queen bed and the other a playful twin-over-full bunk bed. Need room for one more? We’ve got it covered! An extra tri-fold mattress can be made available on request.
We've made sure to stock up on everything you might need during your stay. Enjoy fluffy towels, a convenient hairdryer, fragrant shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and a handy first-aid kit.
The Kitchen:
The heart of our home is the fully equipped kitchen where you can create some memorable meals. Pots, pans, cutting boards, spices, and more – we've left no stone unturned. The beautiful quartz countertops not only elevate the aesthetic but also provide ample space for you to channel your inner chef. Adjacent to the kitchen, the open-concept living and dining room serves as the perfect gathering spot. Here, comfy furniture, intriguing books, fun games, and a smart TV make downtime delightful.
The Workstation:
If you’re here for work, we've got you covered too! The Wi-Fi connection is seamless, perfect for Zoom calls or quick emails. A functional workspace, complete with a printer, is set up in a quiet corner of the house.
Additional Details:
Our home is a duplex, with our friendly neighbors residing in the basement through a separate entrance. This setup ensures everyone has their private nooks, allowing for a peaceful co-existence.
While our yard is currently undergoing a beauty transformation, feel free to fire up the Traeger grill on the back porch for some delicious BBQ.
Lastly, we are a pet-friendly family and would be happy to host your furry friends! We just kindly ask that you take responsibility for any pet-related messes or mishaps.

Our home consists of two separate units: the main floor and the basement. During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire main floor, including the kitchen, living room, laundry room, bedrooms, bathrooms, porch, and yard. The driveway and garage are reserved for our long-term tenants in the basement.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is one of the safest around and the neighbors are very friendly. Extremely close to the front-runner station, UVU and plenty of shopping nearby.
Getting Around:
You may park anywhere there is an open spot in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. Our long term tenants in the basement also park their cars on the property.
Other Things to Note:
If you're traveling with an infant, we provide a pack-n-play crib and a bumbo seat with a tray to ensure their comfort and convenience during your stay.
