Summary: Lovely property. The space is a ground floor kitchen/living room behind the pictured garage and 2 upstairs bedrooms. The front bedroom has a lovely deck extending over the garage. This rental is in a separate building (attached to the garage) adjacent to the main house. The neighborhood is very walkable and the sunsets are excellent. There is a view of the sound from the deck. The space inside is very clean and has a very comfortable sofa, gorgeous kitchen. There is a set of pots/pans available and we were able to cook during our Seattle visit. The bathrooms in particular are lovely and clearly recently updated. There is a ductless heater/air in the main space, but also in each bedroom. Coffee pods were provided and towels are available. We communicated with Nav and he allowed us to bring both our dogs. For dog owners, it's worth knowing that the yard associated with this property is not fully fenced (you can't let your dog off leash to use the bathroom). Walking the dogs in this easygoing neighborhood was not a problem. We brought an electric car and bikes, and Nav was kind enough to let us use the garage. The garage has a type 2 tesla charger and made it convenient to charge at the rental. In general, communication was excellent. This rental is highly recommended.
