The Space:
The entrance door is located on the side of the house by the driveway and is intended to be the main point of entry.
This is a tri-level home with 6 stairs separating the bottom floor to middle floor and another 6 stairs separating the middle floor to top floor. There is a pullout couch and full bathroom on the bottom floor with no steps required should your party contain elderly or disabled persons.
There is a 65" smart TV in the living room mounted on the wall. Hardwood flooring throughout the main floor and upstairs and wood-look LVT downstairs.
There is a 39" smart TV mounted on the wall in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. One bedroom has twin beds. The other bedroom has a queen bed. The downstairs couch is a pull-out that can serve as another bed. A 43" smart TV is mounted on the wall.
The kitchen is furnished with dishes, pots and pans, utilities, grilling tools, spices, a blender, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The range/oven is gas. There is a propane grill on back deck.
The dining room as has a countertop height wood dining table with 8 chairs.
There is a free washer and dryer provided in the laundry with laundry detergent provided.
The front yard is a large grass space with some trees. The backyard is also a large grassy area enclosed with a 6' tall cedar plank privacy fence.
There is a large wood deck level with the back door with an iron table and 4 chairs. There is a propane grill provided on the back deck. A swing-set is provided with a plastic slide to entertain the little ones!!
We allow a maximum of 5 cars at the property. The lawn is mowed weekly.
Guest Access:
We send the check-in instructions a day before check-in. You will access the property through the August Smart lock application or through the door code we provide to you - it is your preference. Information about how to gain access will be included in the instruction but will be inoperable until your check-in time. At the time of check-out your access to the property will be removed. Please let us know right away if you are checking in early or checking out late.
Late Check-out Fee policy
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
$100 minimum fee so it's the % or $100, whichever is higher
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is comprised of all single-family homes with large lots in a quiet and safe location near the intersection of Kingston Pike and Cedar Bluff. There are many restaurants nearby along with (2) large grocery stores.
Getting Around:
Vehicles are required. Bikes will get you close but the hills in the neighborhood are steep. All ride share services respond to this location.

No pets are allowed in this property.

We are VERY STRICT on no parties and no smoking! If either of these occur you will be subject to a minimum $350 charge. This property has never been smoked in.

Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Baby and small children equipment is available upon request.
Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Eastern. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Eastern will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate.
Standard check-out time is at 10 AM Eastern. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. Check-outs after 3 PM will be charged with 100% of the nightly rate.
