Although the beach highway stays busy, the main neighborhood street has little traffic. The iron fenced yard and entrance face north and the beach is south. This is a residential area with sidewalks and public parks. The property is one block away from the train tracks so feel free to bring ear plugs for sleep if you are super noise sensitive.
