While benefiting from the easy access to major freeways, we are located in a quiet and peaceful residential part of mid-city with pretty much all the major shops, restaurants, convenient stores just a few blocks away from the house.

Getting around in Los Angeles can't get any easier than this! Our place is centrally located among all that Los Angeles has to offer. Being so close to the Freeway 10, and consequently 405 and 101, you can't cruise around the city any easier.

The host does not reside on the property, however, we try to check on every guest as frequent as possible to address their needs.
Depending on the time and day of the week, maintenance issues can take up to few hours to be addressed. Evening/night-time issues will have to be taken care of the next business day.
