This three bedroom and two bathroom condo has been newly remodeled with a gourmet kitchen and upgraded bathrooms. Beautiful décor with two private patios and quaint front porch seating with new flooring throughout. It's located directly across from Strands Beach at the north end where you can walk directly down to the sand or take the handy funicular with all your gear!
We are located on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway and directly across the street to the steps that lead to the beach! A very quiet and secluded spot in the complex yet extremely close proximity to the ocean. You can walk down to Strands Beach or spend the day at the community pool/jacuzzi.
The condo is walking distance to many charming shops and great restaurants in beautiful Dana Point. We are also located within walking distance to the world famous Ritz Carlton Hotel. Free trolleys run during the summer that will take you north throughout the Laguna Beach area, and also south into Dana Point and nearby historic San Juan Capistrano. Leave your car at home and explore the area!
There are nearby hiking trails to the Dana Point headlands and the Dana Point harbor. Both feature gorgeous vistas to enjoy and maybe even the chance to spot a whale or dolphin! Dana Point is close to Disneyland, Los Angeles, and San Diego for exploring Southern California.
Master bedroom features an en-suite bath, king size bed, and sliding door access to a private patio. Each secondary bedroom features a queen bed. There are flat screen tvs in each bedroom and free Wi-Fi included. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably or 8 if you want to use the living room couches. Extra linens, towels, pillows and towels are supplied in the hall closet along with board games for family fun.
This condo is tastefully decorated with a beachy vibe and a dining table banquette that seats a big crowd. Directly outside the living room area is another patio with seating for two and a spot to barbeque. The living area has two large couches, a wood burning fireplace and large screen tv. Each room has a ceiling fan and portable fans are located in the hall closet for those rare days of higher temps in Southern California.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, dishes, spices, serving ware, and glassware you will need to prepare that gourmet meal. Along with new appliances, there is even a wine fridge and barbeque grill for your use.
And don't worry about packing all your beach stuff if you'd rather travel light. In order to enhance your stay we have provided beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and sand toys for the kiddos.
Please know that the City of Dana Point requires all vacation rentals to be a minimum of 30 days. Also, be aware that our rates are seasonal and fluctuate throughout the year.
