Built in 1999, this cozy cabin is about 1,100 sq. ft. and is located on a quiet and peaceful 3.36-acre lot with a kids' playground with a slide, a gas grill, and a firepit. Down the hill, the Roche a Cri Creek borders the property - this creek is a good trout stream. Another perk of this location is that the cabin sits on a snowmobile and ATV/UTV trail, and there are plenty of lakes for boating, swimming, paddle boarding, or going to the beach. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate being seven and a half miles from Dyracuse Park, a splash pad, and mini golf; less than eight miles from Lake Arrowhead Golf Course, 10 miles from Sand Valley Golf Course, less than 20 miles from Northern Bay Golf Course, and 40 miles from Wisconsin Dells. You're also situated roughly 12 miles from Roche-A-Cri State Park.
Upon entering this delightful home away from home, you will be engulfed by the timeless rustic charm. Spend entertaining evenings at home playing games on the PlayStation 2 console, challenging each other at any of the provided board games, or simply curling up and streaming a favorite series or movie on the smart TV with the firestick available. Complete with all major appliances, the well-equipped kitchen will have your back when mealtime comes around.
