The Space:
The apartment building is located right by Ronald McDonald House Charities, and only 2 blocks from Deaconess Hospital. Four apartments share a long hallway, and a common exterior door is kept locked to keep the hallway from getting too cold in winter.
This studio apartment is located on the top floor in the northwest corner of the building, so you'll have city views and partial sun during the day. Picture windows allow natural light into the apartment. We provide WiFi for use during your stay, a Smart TV for entertainment, a sofa for lounging, fridge and kitchenette for small-batch cooking. We have a coffee maker, pans, bowls and plates, cups and silverware. There is also a small dining table for enjoying meals and views at the same time. Smartlocks allow for easy self-check in, and you'll find plenty of things nearby if you don't feel like staying in. Uber, Lyft and taxi cabs pickup in this downtown area frequently, and food delivery is readily available. There is carpet in the living area of the studio, and for this reason we don't allow animals here. Due to allergies, we don't even allow pets for a day visit.
Air conditioning is a seasonal amenity. We only offer it when weather permits between the end of May and mid-September.
