As you enter the home and follow the hallway, you will enter the vast & luminous living room with 2 large sliding doors, easily accessing the backyard and side of the house.
You will be comfortable with a large couch and TV/Wifi. The wooden dining table can comfortably seat 6 people. The 18" tile flooring is laid on the diagonal throughout the main living areas.
The gourmet kitchen is loaded with upgrades, offering 42" cherry java cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a double oven, wine fridge with bar and a large walk-in pantry. Other utilities include a coffee maker, blinder, kettle and toaster.
The kitchen island can seat an additional 4 guests. There is a separate laundry room behind the kitchen, with upgraded cabinets, sink, washer and dryer, and an access to the garage.
The master bedroom is located on the left hand side of the living room. It features a king size bed, dressing, and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower, 2 sinks and a toilet. You can see the backyard from the large window.
The second bedroom is located next to the entrance of the home. It has a queen size bed and its own bathroom with a tub, sink and toilet.
The first floor also includes an office with a desk and chair, and an extra toilet.
Going up the carpeted stairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a dressing, and one bathroom with a tub, sink and toilet. There is 3 twin size beds in the kid room (bunk beds).
The home comes with a spacious & quiet backyard (not fenced), impact windows (which lowers your phone signal but there's wifi!) and is energy efficient. You can enjoy the patio area with its outdoor furniture. there's a grill you can use for BBQs, beach towels and beach chairs are available as well.
The double garage allows you to park 2 cars. There's a smaller garage on the side for a golf cart parking as well.
You can park other cars outside in front of the garage on the paved driveway (don't park on the street, don't park on the grass, don't block the sidewalk)
The house is located on Royal Dornoch Cir, a quiet residential area within the Rosedale Golf & Country Club. The residence includes a newly built private pool.
it's a great location as you are surrounded by golf courses! it's also close to: 10 min drive to the center of Lakewood Ranch with its restaurants, stores and more. 15 min drive to Ellenton Prime Outlets. 15 min drive Downtown Sarasota with its stores, restaurants, theater, opera,etc...18 min drive to Nathan Benderson Park. 40min drive to the beaches: Anna Maria Island, Lido Key, Siesta Key (voted #1 in the USA). 30 min drive to Myakka River State Park.
