Summary: We stayed at Anthony's place for about two and a half weeks. Not great if you'll be spending significant time in the unit. Good: - location is convenient. highway noise isn't too bad (though it is there). off-street parking. - apartment is pretty modern. in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc are all new. - beds are nice, and if you have a family it does have a crib, so there's that. Bad: - shower gets cold VERY quickly. - the way the apartment is furnished is simply not true to listing. the listing shows drawers bursting with kitchen utensils and gadgets. this is absolutely not the case; we had enough kitchen utensils to get by, but only just. many of the items were pretty beaten up. - the TV is absolutely horrendous. it seems like it's from 20 years ago, and is completely riddled with burnt out pixels. we couldn't watch a show, it was so bad - we used laptops. - the couches are quite uncomfortable. they're the cheap folding ones from IKEA. - in general, the apartment feels like part apartment, part storage unit for the owner's random stuff. there was an electric keyboard taking up one of the desks (why?). in general it feels like somebody wanted to quickly set up a vrbo and used all their spare junk to furnish it. - communication with host was poor. slow to respond, and did not provide suitable replacements when we ran out of dishwasher pods. in sum, if you can deal with the negatives above, it's an acceptable space, but not nearly as good as the listing looks.
