It was built in 2016 and designed to mirror 17th Century Italian luxury. From brick vaulted ceilings to wall frescos, the architecture mirrors the charms of Tuscany, while the accommodations offer the comforts of a home today.
Entering into the expansive great room you will be provided an unforgettable back drop to water views that will invite you into the well-equipped Chef's Kitchen. Working in this Chef's Kitchen you will feel right at home, creating your famous meals, while serving your friends and family in the connected one-of-a-kind Mediterranean dining room will be one of the many amazing memories you will create while staying here.
Right from the kitchen you can step outside and explore the covered patio that features plenty of seating to enjoy the expansive water views of Sapphire Shores located in the historic Indian Shores neighborhood. This main floor covered patio is home to the outdoor kitchen which includes a professional stainless grill with an exhaust hood, sink, and an additional dining table to help you enjoy Florida's outdoor lifestyle.
Continuing on the main floor you will find the master suite (that also has its own access to the covered patio) with open beams and his/hers walk in closets that connects to an amazing En Suite with spa like features and amenities. You can also enjoy a private balcony that stretches along the front of the house to catch a sunrise or listen to the morning birds.
On the main floor you will also find your on-site laundry facility, a wine room and a conveniently located half bath. The stairs leading up to the third floor are adorned with a hand painted mural that continues to provide the amazing charm of this home. Located above the great room on the third floor, you will find an office space that overlooks the great room and is equipped with a queen size Murphy bed that can be used to accommodate your group or be used for the additional storage it provides.
On this floor there are two separate bedrooms, each with a King bed, that share a full bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Around the hallway you are connected to the fourth room that has a King bed, a wardrobe armoire and access to the upstairs covered patio that is home to the spa. Come and enjoy the open air of Florida and expansive views while you relax in your private spa! You can enter back into the home through the exercise room which is connected to the upstairs TV room where you will find two sofa couches that can accommodate the last of your twelve guests and will be a popular hangout for movies and board games.
On the ground floor you have additional covered seating and meandering paths that take you around the manicured gardens and will connect you to the access leading out to 180' of seawall and the dock. Rent a boat and you can rope it off to the dock when you are not out on the Bay or get one of the included two Kayak's and life jackets from the garage and you can launch from the dock for a nice morning paddle.
The 2500 sq/ft garage and basement has enclosed parking for four vehicles and includes a ping pong table for some fun and friendly competition!
