Summary: When checking in, my reservations for 2 rooms was not done even though I had confirmation. Thankfully a room was available but not the type I had booked and away from my mom in another room. The clerk seemed new and untrained. Had light bulb issue in mom's room but after checking connections and screwing in the bulb tighter, it worked. Front desk wasn't very helpful seemed lost.
