* Tiger Woods first Signature Course "El Cardonal" Private Course.
* Tiger Woods 12 Hole Par 3 Executive Course $25 per round
* Both 18 Hole courses can be played at $320 per round until October 2024 and then the fee increases to $500 per round. Free Drinks and Food while playing really help offset the cost. Most decent courses in Cabo run anywhere from $350 to $600 to play and most do not offer free drinks and food during play. Courses are amazing.
* Gated Community with 24 hour Security throughout the grounds. It is not needed, the entire area is very peaceful but sure does set the mind at ease :)
* Only 15-20 minutes from Downtown Medano Beach in Cabo
* Grocery Store only 5 mins away (La Comer)...similar to our Korger or Fred Meyer. Costco & Walmart are about 30 minutes away. Just other side of downtown Cabo.
