Summary: I would give this 5 stars, but... The good: very pet friendly. The rooms are well suited for pets, and BONUS: there's an amazing pretty park literally right next door over a pretty wood bridge - there are loops from 1/2 to 2 miles. Bed was comfy. There were ample outlets, lots of bedside lights. Towels were very nice, water was very warm. Staff were very friendly. The cute as can be fridge and microwave were great - and it had a real live separate freezer on the fridge! 10 + brownie points! The problems: The heater was either FULL BLAST making the place a furnace in 10 minutes, or OFF. That was it. So we were up a number of times at night to turn it on for a bit (were there end of October). Also - TV had no remote (!!). There was one for the cable, but not for the TV so couldn't control volume or channels (looked it up - that TV only as an ON and OFF button). We wanted to watch the Dodgers / Jays game and has to use our phone. Boo. Overall very good value given other local choices are gouging the living heck out of travelers. Thanks for being there Flagship!
