Summary: This property isn’t exactly a hotel. It’s more of a hostel meets motel situation. When I first arrived to check in, there was a group of people in the “lobby” sitting and drinking till like 1AM. The rooms have wood floors so I recommend socks because they aren’t that clean. They supplied soap, a fan and an iron but none of them worked and the soap was empty. The keys were also a really annoying situation. They would just stop working after a few days with no notice so I would come back to the room, locked out, and there is never a soul up at the front desk. Just a piece of paper with a number. If low maintenance and just a bed are what you’re looking for then this place is perfect. But just don’t expect a full concierge and professionalism. Last note, there is no volume policy when it comes to guests and the workers. I was on the bottom floor and most nights it’s sounded like people were moving furniture around upstairs in the middle of the night. The cleaning crew also likes to hang out in the hallways and chit-chat it up not realizing they are standing right next to doors to multiple rooms. I did love the feeling of the place being like a house, they had beautiful decor. I just really think they should step up the cleanliness.
