This beautiful beach-front condo unit, under new ownership, sleeps 6 and has a brand-new Beautyrest premium pillow-top mattress in the bedroom, a brand-new queen sleeper sofa with upgraded, thicker memory foam mattress, and two new smart televisions with complimentary Xfinity Wi-Fi and cable television.
The fully equipped kitchen amenities (many also brand new) include dishware for eight, both Keurig and Mr. Coffee pots, toaster, electric & manual can openers, hand mixer, crock pot, yogurt/ice cream maker, cookware, cake/cupcake pans, colander, and all the kitchen utensils you need to cook your favorite meals or to grill at the outdoor grills of the beautiful Seascape Resort. Also included are a full-size fridge and range (cooktop and oven), as well as a small dishwasher. Everyone can eat in comfort at the Sea Turtle Nest's dining table while still enjoying the peace-inspiring Gulf of Mexico Beach views! Then relax on the private balcony listening to the gentle surf while again taking in those breathtaking views (even more patio furniture coming soon!). Back inside you'll find your private bedroom with closet and TV. In the stunning bathroom, you can enjoy showering with a pampering foot-massaging river stone floor. Your junior guests will enjoy their own little hide-away – a cozy set of built-in twin bunks, including soft reading lights (regular twin bunks, to fit teens/adults as well).
Still more Seascape Resort amenities include a picnic/bbq grill area with 4 grills and 4 pergola-covered picnic tables, poolside/beachside “porch” swings, and shower/rinsing stations. The resort-type pool area includes large heated outdoor pool, two hot tubs, shallow/wading pool, many tables with umbrellas, lots of seating – and – Direct Beach Access!

Also, if you feel like “getting out” or seeing the town, historic downtown Galveston is only about 6 miles away. There is something for everyone with the historic Strand that hosts many events, including Mardi Gras, Dickens on the Strand, Musical Events/Festivals, and more! If a fun time for you includes biking, roller blading or golf-carting on the seawall, surfing, boogie boarding, jet-skiing, or stand-up paddle boarding, rentals and lessons are all available close by. Galveston island history, back to 1800's, is plentiful and fascinating – enjoy many, many tour options, museums, and Historical homes/building tours.
