The space
The home has over 1800 sq ft of living space with an open floor plan between the living room that flows into the dining area, kitchen, and a den that is multi-use as a lounging, play area, and office use. There is a covered patio in the back of the house with seating for work or just to relax.
Fully furnished, smart TVs in every room with pre-paid Netflix or use any of your own streaming services, in-unit washer/dryer, WiFi, home security system, office supplies and printer.
Guest access
Access to entire house. This includes the three bedrooms, both bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, den, laundry room. Full use of yard and patio.
Only areas off limits to guests are the basement and a utility room.
Other things to note
Please note both fireplaces are decommissioned and are decorative only. Please do not use!
