Summary: 1. Waited 10mins at 24/7 front desk to check in 2. Dirty room with dirty tissue found on the floor and strong foul smell 3. When issue raised - given some popcorn and biscuits?? To make up for it and unable to change rooms which doesn’t help 4. Booking states 1 free drink per day but none was offered or given
