The Space:
We offer an extremely comfortable home for your family or friends. Our home includes dining room, cozy living room, 4 BD--equipped with 3 Queen beds, 1 King Bed and 2 Twin Beds!. Minutes from local restaurants, parks and the historic downtown Independence. Easy access to major highways, downtown KC, shopping and all of KC's attractions. It is also WIFI equipped and has a flat screen ROKU TV with access to your favorite streaming channels with your own login.
The well appointed kitchen is equipped with appliances, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender and an abundance of spices for cooking your favorite meals. Your perfect stay is our first priority and we are available if you need us, but offer you complete privacy as well. We accommodate both long term and short term rentals.
For added security, this property is equipped with an outdoor security camera system located at the entrance of the home.

We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
