La Perla is a perfect place for your Old Town stay and its many activities. This 1BR/1BA adobe casita in Albuquerque's historic Old Town neighborhood is a 3-minute walk to Plaza Vieja/Old Town Plaza restaurants, museums, galleries and shops. Often described by guests as a home away from home, La Perla is the quintessential New Mexico experience with both Southwest charm and modern conveniences. The casita sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and double sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the lovely courtyard during the warm weather months; sip a glass of New Mexico wine while relaxing in front of the living room's inviting gas kiva fireplace in the winter. Brick floors, a slightly vaulted ceiling, along with a traditional banco, dining space for 4 and a comfortable sofa complete the living room. The bedroom has a courtyard entrance, queen-sized plush mattress, dresser, closet, and shower . The kitchen is fully equipped with coffeemaker, microwave and washer/dryer (but no dishwasher.) Maid service is provided every other week for extended stays. In addition to the courtyard which is shared with the front unit (usually the owners), there is a small, private patio off the kitchen to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or tea.
