Summary: The check in experience was terrible. The front desk clerk did not know much about the packages offered by the hotel. The touchscreen kiosk was not user friendly and we go little to non help or direction from the dedicated front desk clerk. The beds has blood stains and the A/C was not working. Overall, for the amount I payed to stay, I’d much rather selected a good Four Star Hotel. I will never come back to be a customer of this franchise.
