The space
Nestled in the corner of Sagaponack and adjacent to the town of Southampton's bird and wildlife sanctuary is this designer-decorated three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath, two-story post, and beam cottage. Great layout with whitewashed beams and wood-burning fireplace. The ground floor has an open kitchen, den, living room, and dining room with glass doors to the outside patio. That area overlooks the bird sanctuary that can be used for outdoor dining and relaxing. The east side of the property has a brand-new saltwater gunite pool surrounded by lush landscaping and beautiful gardens for total privacy.
Ideally situated between Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, and Sagg Main Beach, with all the amenities that only the Hamptons can offer, including Wolffer Estate Vineyard, Loaves & Fishes, and local farm stands just a stone's throw away. Transportation, including the LIRR and Hampton Jitney, are 5 minutes away as well.
