Built-in the late 19th century, this lovely home offers a chef's gourmet kitchen that opens to a dining area with a view of private yard and gardens, as well as a living room, private office/den, and half bath. This is a classic two-story, three-bedroom, 2.5 bath home.Located close to the Opera House and a short walk to downtown for retail shops, restaurants, and waterfront activities. There is a front porch and a backyard with outdoor seating and room for yard games.
