Summary: The room was not what we expected. We reserved a one bedroom with a full kitchen. We got a 1 bdrm with a kitchenette. Cooking was challenging with the tiny stove/oven and no counter space. Although the room had recently been renovated, the bed dipped to the middle. The sofa bed was one of the better mattresses we have seen, though. The coffee pot was my nemesis. Came back the 1st night hoping to use it to heat water. The clean light is blinking as it brews. The water that came out was the color of weak tea. Made coffee the next morning. The coffee was bleh. We bring our own coffee. It was not the coffee. We have a drip pot at home. We know what it should taste like. Sent a text to the front deak and was promised a new coffee pot that day. We went out, and when we came back, the same one was there. Next day after a sales rep was trying to sell us on their vacation club went to the desk, they promised a clean pot. Yes, they brought a new one up and swapped it out. Same thing happened. If you are going to have drip pots and no other way to heat water expect a pot on the tiny stove, clean them! I gave up. The resort was ok. The area has seen better days. We enjoyed our time in the area. If we go back, might find somewhere else.
