Summary: Remote did not work well. Went to desk. First they said I was not working it right and maintenance would be up. No one came. Second day she put in new batteries and said maintenance would be up. Third day she looked and said there was no replacement but she would sent up maintenance. No one came. Body wash was empty. They gave meanew bottlebottle and someone would be up to put it in. No one came.
