Summary: Our experience was disappointing due to several factors. The room we were assigned had an ant infestation, was not properly cleaned, and had a noticeable gas smell. Additionally, there was ongoing construction that affected our stay. While the staff did offer to move us to a nearby room, we felt it was necessary to decline due to the ongoing issue with the ants. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up from management to check on our situation, and overall, we found customer service to be lacking. This experience fell short of our expectations.
